Logistics Process

1. Demand Communication and Scheme Formulation：After customers put forward air freight demands, dedicated logistics consultants respond within 1 hour, clarifying the type of goods (such as precision instruments, dangerous goods), weight, volume, delivery time and receiving address in Amman through online meetings or telephone calls. Combined with the special requirements of Jordan Customs for imported goods (such as some electronic products need to provide compliance certificates), personalized schemes including route selection, packaging standards and customs clearance document lists are formulated, with cost details and emergency treatment measures provided simultaneously.

2. Cargo Collection and Preprocessing：After customers confirm the scheme, they can choose to send goods to domestic collection points or make appointments for door-to-door collection (supporting door-to-door service in more than 200 cities nationwide within 48 hours). Collection personnel verify goods on site, professionally reinforce those with packaging not meeting transportation standards (such as adding buffer materials to fragile goods, customizing wooden pallets for large goods), record goods information with intelligent terminals and generate unique tracking codes, which are uploaded to the logistics system in real time to achieve full-process traceability.

3. Domestic Customs Declaration and Airport Transfer：After goods are concentrated in the hub warehouse, the customs declaration team sorts out documents (commercial invoices need to be marked in both Arabic and English, packing lists, etc.) in accordance with Jordan Customs regulations, and quickly declares through the electronic customs declaration system. The customs declaration time for ordinary goods is 1-2 working days. After approval, goods are transferred to the airport freight area by special vehicles, and dock with airlines to complete security inspection, palletizing and other operations to ensure on-time loading.

4. Air Transportation and Dynamic Monitoring：Goods are sent to Queen Alia International Airport in Amman by direct or connecting flights as planned. Customers can check flight status, goods location and estimated arrival time through the official website or APP. The operation team monitors the transportation status 7×24 hours. In case of flight delays and other emergencies, it immediately coordinates with airlines to prioritize transportation, and timely notifies customers to update the time limit.

5. Amman Customs Clearance and Warehousing Management：After the flight arrives, the local cooperative customs clearance agent, familiar with Jordan's customs procedures, efficiently completes customs clearance procedures. The customs clearance time for ordinary goods is 2-3 working days. If temporary storage is needed, goods are stored in the cooperative warehouse in Amman Free Zone, which is equipped with temperature-controlled areas and a 24-hour security system. Customers can make an appointment for delivery time online.

6. Local Delivery and Sign-Off Filing：After customs clearance, vehicles (such as vans, refrigerated trucks) are deployed according to the type of goods, and delivered door-to-door by the local delivery team in Amman. 24 hours before delivery, a reminder containing the information of the delivery personnel is sent to the customer via SMS and email. After arrival, assist the customer in inspecting the goods, and sign the electronic receipt after confirmation. The information is synchronized to the system in real time, and the customer can download the receipt to complete the whole process.
