Preface

Sharjah, as the third-largest emirate in the UAE, has become an important logistics and trade hub in the Middle East by virtue of its geographical proximity to Dubai, complete port and airport facilities, and policy dividends of Sharjah International Airport Free Zone. Its transit and distribution network in electronic products, building materials, light industrial products and other fields covers the Middle East, Africa and South Asian markets. In recent years, trade cooperation between China and Sharjah has continued to heat up, with diversified growth in cargo transportation demand ranging from consumer electronics, household goods to industrial parts. To meet this demand, we launch China to Sharjah air cargo service, relying on in-depth cooperation with Air Arabia, Emirates and other airlines to build an air transportation network covering major Chinese cities to Sharjah. This service integrates domestic intelligent cargo collection systems, local customs clearance resources in Sharjah and end-to-end delivery teams, providing a full-chain service from cargo collection, customs declaration and inspection to door-to-door delivery in Sharjah and surrounding areas. Logistics Process

1. Demand Docking and Scheme Customization：After customers put forward air cargo demands, dedicated logistics consultants will respond within 1.5 hours, clarifying cargo characteristics (such as whether they are 带电 products, fragile goods), weight, volume, delivery time nodes and Sharjah receiving address through online communication. Combined with the latest policies of Sharjah Customs (such as some electronic devices need to comply with Gulf Technical Regulations GCC certification), personalized schemes including route selection, packaging suggestions and customs clearance document lists are customized for customers, with cost details and risk response plans provided simultaneously.

2. Cargo Collection and Standardized Processing：After customers confirm the scheme, they can choose to send goods to domestic collection points or make appointments for door-to-door collection (supporting door-to-door service in more than 250 cities nationwide within 48 hours). Collection personnel verify goods on site, reinforce packaging that does not meet transportation standards (such as adding shockproof wooden frames for precision instruments, using leak-proof containers for liquid goods), record cargo data with intelligent terminals and generate unique tracking codes, which are uploaded to the logistics system in real time to achieve full-process traceability.

3. Domestic Customs Declaration and Airport Transfer：After goods are concentrated in the hub warehouse, the customs declaration team sorts out documents (commercial invoices need Arabic + English bilingual annotations, packing lists, etc.) in accordance with the requirements of UAE Customs, and quickly declares through the electronic customs declaration system. The customs declaration time for ordinary goods is 1-2 working days. After approval, goods are transferred to the airport freight area by special vehicles, and dock with airlines to complete security inspection, palletizing and other operations to ensure on-time loading.

4. Air Transportation and Dynamic Monitoring：Goods are sent to Sharjah International Airport by direct or connecting flights as planned. Customers can check flight status, cargo location and estimated arrival time through the official website. The operation team monitors 7×24 hours. In case of flight delay, it immediately coordinates with airlines to prioritize transportation, and notifies customers and updates the time limit simultaneously.

5. Sharjah Customs Clearance and Warehousing Management：After the flight arrives, the local cooperative customs clearance agent, familiar with Sharjah's customs procedures, efficiently completes customs clearance procedures. The customs clearance time for ordinary goods is 1-2 working days. When temporary storage is needed, goods are stored in Sharjah International Airport Free Zone warehouse, which is equipped with temperature-controlled areas, dangerous goods storage areas and 24-hour security. Customers can make appointments for delivery online.

6. Local Delivery and Sign-Off Filing：After customs clearance, vehicles (such as vans, refrigerated trucks) are deployed according to the type of goods, and delivered door-to-door by the local team in Sharjah. 12 hours before delivery, a reminder containing the information of the delivery personnel is sent via SMS and email. After arrival, assist customers in inspecting goods, and sign the electronic receipt after confirmation. The information is synchronized to the system in real time, and customers can download the receipt to complete the whole process.
