Mr. Shi’s client in the UAE needed 1,000 wool prayer rugs delivered within 72 hours. Frantically, he reached out to us. As one of the top five air freight providers to the Middle East, we hold a block booking of 20 pallet spaces weekly across two major airlines. After understanding Mr. Shi’s request, I felt confident—this was routine for us.  

The 1,000 wool prayer rugs, weighing 2.3 tons after packing, were ready at a factory in Dongguan. I immediately arranged a dedicated truck for point-to-point pickup and secured pallet space on a direct flight to the UAE the next day.
