The freight forwarder promised "regular customs clearance and 7-day timeliness", but secretly declared mobile phone screens with an actual unit price of 1200 yuan each as "ordinary plastic accessories" with only 150 yuan each, and declared chargers containing lithium batteries as "hardware products", evading nearly 200,000 yuan of import duties and value-added taxes.

 

However, it was finally inspected and the entire batch of goods was detained on suspicion of smuggling, with a total fine of more than 300,000 yuan; the seller not only paid 150,000 yuan in liquidated damages, but also lost long-term cooperative customers.
